Sim·pli·fy [sim-pluh-fahy] verb (used with object)

to make less complex or complicated; make plainer or easier: to simplify a problem.

Simplifying your incoming mail …

Sort the mail IMMEDIATELY!

Keep only items that require action … to pay, to read, to respond to, etc.  I have a “Requires Action” box on my desk that I go through once a week.  I am not a pendaflex or accordion file chick, I see no reason to complicate things … DUH!

Get rid of everything else … try reducing unwanted mail:

What should I simplify next Saturday?
